This project was done while concurrently attending art classes in Los Angeles.

The months spent focused on painting, storyboarding, and key-frame illustration had a strong influence on the visual presentation of this project. Drivers for the design included composition, light direction, and circulation oriented around framed moments

Changes in elevation and intermediate spaces were incorporated to establish spatial separations between the ‘work’ and ‘live’ spaces.

The lakefront site required awareness of the site conditions and setback requirements.
